عند وصولك إلى منطقة التطوير الحضري، ستخضع لافتة "لا ترينيداد" الأصلية لعملية تجديد شاملة. مع أن التجربة الأولية لبعض مصابيح LED أسفلها أظهرت إمكانية الإضاءة، إلا أنها مجرد حل مؤقت. ومن المخطط تركيب لافتة بإضاءة خلفية مشابهة لتلك الموضحة أدناه في العقارات المجاورة. وربما يمكن أيضًا إضافة رقم لكل مبنى.
