Welcome to this, the first Newsletter for La Trinidad Community of Owners.  I'm Martin Haynes, apartment 813 and I am also on the committee.  I am a permanent resident in La Trinidad,  retired, living here with my wife Sue.

There are 17 apartments habituated by permanent residents.  So simply math says the other 99 are second or holiday homes. We all bought into communal living and it is hoped this website will allow all owners to enjoy being a part of the community and embrace this website as a valuable source of information.

Istan Roadworks

So what's going on ?    The project was never meant to be that long but here in Spain this is quite normal.  Read the NEWS  to learn more.

Gardens Works

The last week has been a noisy one as some heavy machinery has been used to hollowtyne the grass annd then to spread sand and seed.  It is hoped the lawns will return to what they were like some years ago.  Our particular type of lawn is referred to as Bermuda Grass.  More information is HERE

Additional Gardeners have also been working on hedges being cut, flowers pruned and everything to make your gardens beautiful for summer.

There is a project for the trees to be pruned, and information is HERE

The community has also engaged an Electrician to look at getting all the pavement and wall lights working, along with all the spot lights fopr tress and bushes.  If there are any lamps in your planters or in your stairwell that need attention, then see REPORT A PROBLEM

Finally, if you have a BRIGHT IDEA or want to read up on those already submitted, then check out the link.

See you again in July with the next Newsletter.   Adios........
