Entrances Renovation

La Trinidad has always had a common theme flow throughout it, this is a credit to the original architects and what makes La Trinidad such a special place.  Just take a look at how the tiles are found not only in the stairwells, but also on the level 0 front terrace as you walk up the stairwells, also on peoples terraces and of course terracotta equivalent colour outside the indoor and children's paddling pools.  The natural timeless wood also flows throughout, the 4 pillar ceiling over the block entrances,  the entrance doors,  apartment doors, the indoor pool ceiling,  the canopy by paddling pool and of course inside the social club.  Respecting the original architectural integrity, one can update apartments to personal taste.  Exterior not so.  Wood is timeless, fashion comes around, good job we are back in fashion.  `The newly renovated El Fuerte hotel in Marbella has similar colour schema to ours.  So do the brand new neighbouring Epic and Benalux properties. Its all about an Andalusian theme.

An owner in block 6B recently had their apartment door done at their expense.  They were so pleased with the result that they contacted the committee with a suggestion that the same talented carpenter do 6B block doors and surrounds.  The committee agreed and this was initially done done on block 6B, along with the replacement of the frosted glass for clear glass.  The results looked great, see the two pictures below. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

So a budget was then approved for all frosted glass to be replaced in all blocks.  Plus carpentry expert renovation of all block entrance doors, outside and inside, utility doors, surrounds plus 2 doors and window surrounds to indoor pool, 6 doors inside pool and gym areas.   I'm sure you will agree the front entrances are now far more fresh and inviting.
